What began as a vision rooted in wellness and personal growth has grown into a space where education, community, and empowerment come together. Through American Red Cross CPR and First Aid training, wellness education, and community experiences, Glow Within is committed to helping individuals build confidence while creating meaningful connections.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Jasmine.
I'm the founder of Glow Within Beauty & Wellness, a certified American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Instructor, and a graduate student pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I created Glow Within with a simple vision: to build a welcoming space where people feel comfortable learning, growing, and becoming more confident in themselves.
My passion for wellness has always been rooted in helping others. As Glow Within has evolved, that passion has expanded into providing lifesaving education, wellness experiences, and opportunities that bring people together through learning and community.
My goal is for every interaction to leave you feeling welcomed, supported, and empowered—equipped with the skills and confidence to make a difference when it matters most.
